Precise valve positioning for responsive process control
Quarter-turn isolation for liquids, gases, and process media
Compact isolation for large-diameter fluid lines
Self-Actuating Valves operates on the force-balanced principle, achieved through a spring-diaphragm mechanism. Here, the fluid pressure acts on the larger area of the diaphragm, while the spring provides a balancing force. This intelligent design allows the process fluid itself to act as the operating medium — ensuring precise control even with the smallest deviation in pressure. This can be supported in two types 1) Downstream Pressure Control Valve and 2) Upstream Pressure Control Valve (Back Pressure Regulating Valve). They are used in various process lines, equipment & systems, including Water Lines, Nitrogen Blanketing Systems, Fuel Control Systems and LPG Distribution Systems
